Your apartment will be ready for you from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival.
We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Self check-in:
Checking in at Calva is quick and easy, even outside opening hours of our reception. We’ll deposit your key in our smart key box right next to the entrance. With the personal code we’ll send you, you can open your compartment and retrieve your key.
Cancellations or changes are free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.
From 30 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the agreed price.
From 14 days before arrival, we charge 60% of the agreed price.
In the event of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
We prefer cash payments, but EC and credit cards are also accepted. For deposits, please transfer to:

We’re happy to welcome your well-behaved four-legged friend! Please let us know at the time of booking if your dog will be joining you on holiday.
We charge € 15 per day (without food) for your pet’s stay (without food). If needed, our family veterinarian – with a practice right next door – is available to assist.
Enjoy special discounts for children sharing an apartment with you:
Children 0–2 years stay free of charge
Children 3–10 years: € 25 per day
Children 10–16 years: € 35 per day
The tourist tax, a contribution to the preservation of the natural and cultural treasures of our region, is charged at €3.80 per guest per night for the Calva main building and €3.30 per guest per night for the Calva Stone House for guests aged 14 and over. In addition, since April 2023, the Mobilcard is offered to guests, allowing free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol. This mobility contribution is charged at €2.00 per person per night.
The fee for the final cleaning of the apartments is not included in the price.
The cost is €30 for Apartments Type A and Type B, and €40 for the Steinhaus Apartments.
A small request: If something is not to your satisfaction—on your plate, in your room, or regarding our services—please talk to us. Just like in the old days, before the internet. We prefer to fix it immediately.
Please help us separate waste in your room/apartment by using the provided bins. Reuse hand and bath towels by hanging them up. Only towels left on the floor will be replaced.
