FRÜHSTÜCK I COLAZIONE I BREAKFAST Willkommen im Calva! Bei uns erwartet Sie zwar kein Frühstückbuffet mit riesengroßer Auswahl, aber dafür ein mit Liebe zubereitetes, serviertes Frühstück. Wir legen großen Wert auf die Herkunft unserer Produkte und sind bemüht Ihnen ein frisches und ausgewogenes Frühstück nach Südtiroler Art zu servieren. Brot wird in Handarbeit vom Laatscher Bäcker mit heimischem Getreide gebacken, die Müsliflocken mahlen wir selbst, das Granola und die Marmeladen bereiten auch wir für sie zu und der Honig, die Eier, der Schinken und der Speck kommen von Elisabeths Vater, welcher mit Leib und Seele Bauer ist. Benvenuti al Calva! Al Calva non troverete una colazione a buffet con una vastissima scelta, ma una colazione servita e preparata con amore e tipica Altoatesina. Attribuiamo grande importanza all'origine dei nostri prodotti e ci sforziamo di servirvi una colazione fresca ed equilibrata. Il pane non è precotto, ma fatto a mano con farina locale dal panificio Schuster di Laudes, noi stessi maciniamo i cereali del muesli, il miele e la marmellata sono fatti in casa e anche lo speck, le uova e il prosciutto cotto provengono dal padre di Elisabeth, che è contadino con anima e corpo.
