Fresh from the wood-fired oven. Hearty. Crispy. With plenty of variety and seasonal ingredients. Our dough, prepared with a 48-hour fermentation process, makes every pizza deliciously light and easy to digest. Also available with whole-grain dough made from local Vinschgau spelt flour and organic hemp seed flour from the Merano mill.
