We don’t do big buffets, instead, we serve a lovingly prepared breakfast with carefully selected ingredients. Regional, fresh, and truly South Tyrolean. The bread still arrives warm from the bakery in Laudes, granola and jams are homemade, and the yoghurt, milk, and butter come straight from the South Tyrolean dairy. Eggs, honey, and bacon? They come directly from Elisabeth’s father’s farm, a passionate farmer through and through. Egg dishes can be ordered individually. Authentic, balanced, and simply delicious.
Fully pampered or hands-on? At Calva, you can do both. Those who love to cook will find everything they need in the fully equipped kitchen.
