For many years now, we – Elisabeth and Norbert – have been walking through life together. Being hosts is something that runs in both our families, and with Calva we’ve created a place that should feel like a second home for our guests, far away from their own. What unites us is the joy of hosting, our love for Calva, our passion for good food and wine, and our gratitude for being able to live in such a beautiful part of the world. Our greatest strength and joy come from our family, especially our three children, and from “our” Calva.
Elisabeth from Laudes, Norbert with Hungarian roots: together we are the heart of Calva. Passionate hosts, family people with an eye for the beautiful. Calva is our home, and we want it to be yours too. Elisabeth takes care of everything behind the scenes, while you’ll always find Norbert, where help is needed: at the reception, behind the pizza counter, or in the kitchen. What drives us?
