Ortler Bike Marathon
Vinschgau is known for its fantastic bike tours. The Ortler Bike Marathon is one of the highlights during the biking season and attracts all who would like to combine the sportsy challenge with the finest natural and cultural delights. The lines run through picturesque sceneries with tarns and fabulous villages, the highest located Benedictine monastery of Europe and the world wide known Churburg.

This sports event outreaches itself again and again and challenges the participants to be sprinters on flat stages and differently on ways of medium and high difficulty, then finally selects stage leaders and race winners in different categories. Lake Reschen Run
Sport meets panorama. One of the most beautiful running events of South Tyrol is the Lake Reschen Run, which goes around the mysterious sunk church tower. The racetrack is mainly flat and takes you along the lakeside roads through the picturesque scenery. Participants start in 5 blocks and complete the 15.3 km long track on asphalt and rubble. Stilfserjoch Cycling Day
The Stilfserjoch Cycling Day challenges sportsy ambitions in an impressive way: more than 4000 cycling enthusiasts conquer 1859 m of altitude in 48 bends. And it is always so: being there means everything and the car-free way down the hill over the Umbrailpass is rewarding for the efforts.
