Accessibility

Calva in Malles strives to make its website www.calva.it as accessible as possible, in accordance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG) as amended, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility requirements for products and services.
We follow the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) and have implemented them to the greatest possible extent.

The following content is not fully accessible for the reasons listed below:

• Incompatibility with accessibility requirements:
  Our website contains PDF documents (e.g. brochures, price lists) that are not yet available in an accessible format. If you need assistance using these documents, please contact us at info@calva.it — we will provide the content in the most accessible form possible.
   
• Partial contrast issues:
  Some texts and graphic elements currently have insufficient colour contrast, which may affect readability. We are working to optimise the display for all users. If you have difficulty reading certain content, please let us know — we will gladly provide the information in an accessible format.
   
• Disproportionate burden:
  Due to technical and economic constraints, it is currently not possible for us to make all older content (such as PDF or Word documents) fully accessible. However, we are continuously working to ensure that new content meets accessibility standards.
   
• Content not covered by legislation:
  Older documents and content published before 28 June 2025 are not subject to the legal requirements under the BaFG. A retroactive update of these contents for full accessibility is not currently planned.
   
• Third-party content:
  Our website integrates services and content from external providers (e.g. booking systems, maps, embedded videos). Since these are not created, financed, or controlled by us, we cannot guarantee their accessibility.

This statement was prepared based on an internal self-assessment with reference to the WCAG 2.2 criteria. The website is regularly reviewed and tested for accessibility, especially after technical updates.
